Fees

Card specific fees

We charge fees for administering different types of credit card accounts, and any cards on those card accounts. We may charge the following fee:

Fee Amount
Fee Cardholder fee Amount $20 per cardholder per year ($5 every quarter)

We charge this fee to assist in covering TSB’s costs associated with providing account access and facilitating payments.

  • We charge the first quarterly cardholder fee for each cardholder on the first statement which shows a transaction by that cardholder, and then quarterly after that. The date of the first cardholder fee for that cardholder will be the closing date of that statement.
  • This fee might be shown as ‘Additional card fee’ on your statement or wherever your transactions can be viewed (e.g., in online banking).

When we charge the fee

Business Mastercard daily limits
Type Amount
Type Cash advances at an ATM* Amount NZD $2,000 per day
Type Cash advances across the counter Amount No limit on manual cash withdrawal amounts across the counter (or via branch) up to the available balance. You are unable to withdraw cash over the counter at a TSB branch using your Business Mastercard.
Type Purchases Amount No limit on purchase amounts up to the available balance.

Daily limits are based on 24-hour periods of New Zealand time.

*If the bank or institution operating the ATM applies a maximum daily limit which is less than our limits, that limit will apply instead.
